Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer’s defect.

All items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. The management of Adoria Bridal reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion. Returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for domestic order) and within 14 days (for international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

However, customers are advised to notify us at hello.adoria@gmail.com by quoting the order number and the product details. Returns should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained.
